Dustin Seesemann joined Brayton Purcell in 2016 as an associate attorney, and is active in our asbestos litigation practice in our Novato office.
Mr. Seesemann attended law school at Santa Clara University, and graduated with his Juris Doctor in May of 2014. During his time in law school, Mr. Seesemann externed for Public Defenders offices throughout the state of California, including Santa Clara, Merced, and Solano counties, including representing indigent clients at all stages of pre-trial and trial proceedings as a certified law clerk. Mr. Seesemann also externed with the Northern California Innocence Project, an organization representing those wrongfully incarcerated. Mr. Seesemann graduated with his baccalaureate degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University in 2010. Mr. Seesemann brings the zealous advocacy he developed in criminal defense to ensuring that injured clients and their loved ones receive just compensation.
In his off time, Mr. Seesemann enjoys writing and composing music, and hopes to one day see the Chicago Cubs win the World Series.
