Emerald Law joined Brayton Purcell LLP as an associate attorney in 2015 and is active in our asbestos litigation practice at our Novato, California office.
Ms. Law attended law school at Loyola Law School and graduated with her J.D. in 2014. While in law school, Ms. Law externed for the Honorable Judge Roy Paul of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Ms. Law also externed at the Loyola Law School International Human Rights Clinic, where she represented victims in front of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Prior to law school, Ms. Law attended California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Business Administration.
Prior to joining Brayton Purcell LLP, Ms. Law worked at a small non-profit civil rights law firm that specialized in gender discrimination and a plaintiffs' law firm specializing in pharmaceutical mass tort litigation.
Ms. Law is admitted to practice in California. She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.
