  • Medical Record Reviewer
    • Job Duties:

      • Review medical records and prepare binders intended for plaintiffs' medical experts.
      • Create Medical Record Review pages for FirstLook records.
      • Review and evaluate records for medical and non-medical information that needs to be redacted.
      • Record all redactions on Medical Record Review Sheet and create Exhibit A noting complete and partial redactions, with page numbers, description of type of information being redacted and legal reasons why.
      • Pathology inventory and binder review.


      • Needs to be detail oriented and able to work in a busy office environment.
      • Must be able to read, understand & analyze medical records.


      • Bachelor's degree preferred.


      • Medical/clinical experience a BIG plus.
  • Work History Investigator
    • Job Duties:

      This position is responsible for interviewing new clients and their co-workers, reviewing depositions and employment documents and then preparing a detailed employment history and asbestos exposure history based on the information obtained.


      • Advanced writing skills, preferably with an investigative background dealing with asbestos litigation.
      • Ability to perform in-depth interviews over the phone and in person.
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential in this position.
      • Computer proficiency.
      • Must have a valid driver's license.


      • Bachelor's degree required, Journalism or related field preferred.


      • Experience in a plaintiff's asbestos law firm is desired.
      • Wordperfect experience.
      • Knowledge of construction trades and asbestos products.
      • Interest in geography, history, and environmental law desired.
      • Journalism background a plus.
  • Investigator
    • Job Duties:

      Interview clients and prepare a detailed employment history and asbestos exposure history based on the interviews. Some travel may be required on an “as needed” basis.


      • Advanced writing skills, preferably with an investigative background.
      • The ability to perform in-depth interviews, utilizing interviewing techniques.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Computer proficiency required.


      • Bachelor’s degree preferred, if no experience in a plaintiff’s asbestos law firm.


      • Knowledge of construction trades and asbestos products
      • Interest in geography, history, and environmental law desired.
      • Journalism background a plus.
  • LA Associate
    • Job Duties:

      • represent clients in asbestos personal injury and wrongful death actions
      • draw up legal documents
      • attend and take depositions
      • manage and advise clients and represent clients in various legal proceedings, including trial

      Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, as well as:

      • an exceptionally strong work ethic
      • the ability to multitask
      • excellent communication and analytical skills

      We are looking for a mid-level associate with plaintiff's asbestos experience preferably, and second chair trial experience. First chair preferred.

  • Claims Processor (Bankruptcy)
    • Job Duties

      • Reviewing court and medical documents in preparation of submitting qualifying claims
      • Drafting claims and claim evaluations
      • Updating internal databases and assisting Attorneys as needed


      • Attention to detail is a must
      • Self-motivated
      • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
      • Excellent written communication skills
      • One year of similar office experience
      • Computer literacy (Excel, Word/WordPerfect, Acrobat)


      • Knowledge of construction trades would be a plus


      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Investigative Researcher
    • Requirements:

      • Telephone etiquette
      • Needs to be able to understand legal theories and Statue of limitations
      • Must be personable and service industry oriented
      • Computer literate
      • Able to conduct interviews with prospective clients
      • Organizational skills
