After being elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colgate University, David A. Cutt attended Law School at the University of Michigan.

In 1991, Mr. Cutt graduated with his law degree and began practicing with the firm of Dewsnup, King & Olsen, where he gained substantial experience in personal injury and product liability cases, including those involving defective automobile tires. He then made a shift to the Salt Lake City firm of Eisenberg, Gilchrist and Morton, where he is currently a partner and share holder.

This case received a $16 million verdict in Third District Court in Salt Lake City, the largest personal injury verdict in Utah history.

Mr. Cutt is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, as well as a Board member of the Governors of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association.
