Lance Stewart

Lance Stewart joined Brayton Purcell in 2009 and is active in the firm’s asbestos litigation practice in our Novato, California office.

Mr. Stewart attended law school at Northeastern University and graduated with his J.D. in 2008. While in law school, he interned with Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Massachusetts State Senator Karen Spilka, the Public Defender Service of Washington, D.C. and Hrones, Garrity & Hedges in Boston. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Georgia and graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Before starting his career as an attorney, Mr. Stewart was a law clerk for the San Bernardino County Public Defender and worked as a paralegal/investigator for the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Stewart is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California.
