Peter B. Fredman
Associate; Head of Consumer Protection and Class Action Practice Group; University of California at Los Angeles (BA Political Science, 1991); UCLA School of Law (JD, 1995).
Peter joined Brayton Purcell’s General Civil Litigation Department in May, 2002 as a personal injury associate. His practice has expanded to include consumer protection and class action, and he now heads that practice group. He is lead counsel in the Franklin vs. The Villas Parkmerced class action. He has prosecuted numerous cases for injured persons and victims of unlawful and fraudulent business practices.
Peter is a member of the California bar and admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of California. He also belongs to the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice and the Consumer Attorneys of California. Peter lives in Berkeley, California, where he grew up. He is married with two young children and various pets.
