  • Paralegal
    • Job Duties

      • Communicates with and interviews clients.
      • Interviews clients in detail regarding demographic information.
      • Oversees and completes medical and financial work up.
      • Orders and retrieves records.
      • Drafts letters, authorizations, and documents including declarations and interrogatories.
      • Completes Resolved case directives.


      • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate with equivalent work experience.
      • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar office environment.
      • Medical background a plus.
      • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Law Clerk
    • Job Duties

      • Assists attorney case manager.
      • Drafts offensive discovery.
      • Reviews and summarizes deposition testimony and defendant documents to help work up cases.
      • Performs legal research.


      • Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be in their first or second year of law school.
      • Good computer and word processing skills. Able to type 50+ wpm.
      • Strong attention to detail.
      • Good organizational skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written skills required.
      • Able to work well in a deadline driven environment.
  • Work History Investigator
    • Job Duties

      • Interviewing new clients and their co-workers.
      • Reviewing depositions and employment documents.
      • Preparing a detailed employment history and asbestos exposure history based on information obtained.


      • Bachelor's degree required. Journalism or related field preferred.
      • Requires advanced writing skills, preferably with an investigative background dealing with asbestos litigation.
      • Ability to perform in-depth interviews over the phone and in person.
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential in this position.
      • Computer proficiency required and WordPerfect experience desired.
      • Interest in geography, history, and writing.
      • Journalism background, knowledge of construction trades and asbestos products a plus.
      • Experience in a plaintiff's asbestos law firm is desired.
      • Ability to travel, and must have a valid driver's license.
