Biography
Following a long career as managing general partner of his own firm and general corporate counsel to various business enterprises, Mr. Grant joined Brayton Purcell LLP in 2007 to specialize in appellate law. He has argued and won numerous cases before the California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. He has served as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, as a Court Appointed Mediator and Arbitrator. and has been a director and officer of the Marin County Bar Association. He was a founding member of the Marin County Bar Estate Planning Committee, and served on the Client Relations Committee, the By Laws Committee, the Continuing Eduction Committee, and the Administration of Justice Committee.
