It is a fact that smoking kills. Here at Brayton Purcell LLP we stand strong with the American Lung Association to reduce smoking, keep the air we breathe clean, and eliminate lung cancer once and for all. We believe that respiratory health is important, and smoking tobacco is a sure way to cut years off of your life.

As we enter 2015, we encourage you to try to quit smoking as a New Year’s Resolution. Many people do not know that lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. Lung cancer kills more American men and women than breast cancer, colorectal prostate cancer, and pancreatic cancer combined.

Even less people know that smokers with no existing lung damage from smoking who quit smoking by age 50 can cut risk of death in the next 15 years by 50%. Quitting smoking today will allow you to live a longer, healthier life for years to come.

Join us in the fight for air (and don’t forget to join as at the Fight for Air Climb in San Francisco!). Quit smoking tobacco today.
