Each year on September 26, we put our efforts into creating awareness for individuals and families affected by mesothelioma. This aggressive, incurable form of cancer has taken the lives of far too many, and, unfortunately, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced earlier this year that the annual U.S. death rate from mesothelioma had increased 4.8%. Now, more than ever, we need to create awareness about mesothelioma and the deadly carcinogen that causes it – asbestos.
