Johnson & Johnson Remove Talc Product From Shelves Worldwide

For several years, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has faced litigation for their talcum powder products that resulted in ovarian cancer and mesothelioma in many consumers. J&J is pulling their baby powder products that contain talc worldwide next year after pulling the products from U.S. and Canada markets amid thousands of lawsuits. Trucking Company Mistreats Employees, Cheats Them Out of Unpaid Wages

Last month, about 60 truck drivers went on strike and picketed a large trucking company called XPO Cartage, Inc. XPO is attempting to cover up its misconduct of misclassifying truck drivers in Southern California as independent contractors. In doing so, they managed to cheat these individuals out of unpaid wages totaling well over $150,000 each.
