Opens front lobby each morning and prepare to receive call and visitors according to opening procedures.
Answers multi-line telephone switchboard and direct calls as required and deliver excellent customer service to each and every caller on a daily basis.
Review and forward all incoming faxes and e-serve filings to the appropriate staff member(s).
Maintains and publishes the e-serve and fax routing guides.
Assists the mail room and the routing of mail as necessary and when practical.
Signs for hand deliveries made to the front desk and reviews and distributes according to established procedures.
Schedules conference and interview rooms and monitors their usage.
Maintains forms, logs, statistics, and binders as requested by their supervisor.
Closes the front lobby at the end of each business day following closing procedures.
Legal projects and assignments such as data entry, mass mailings and scanning and other assignments as needed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Prior experience in reception or customer service strongly preferred.
Knowledge of legal documents and terms a plus. Good computer skills required.
