Receives, sorts, logs and delivers mail, documents, and packages to the firm’s mail stops and other locations in the firm’s buildings per written procedures. Drives to make pickups. Back-up and break/lunch relief for Reception position.
Some college preferred.
A minimum of six months office experience and/or legal background preferred.
Ability to accurately and consistently process a high volume of work according to set schedule, under high pressure and time constraints, while remaining focused and positive even under stress.
Ability to work as part of a team, sometimes directing the team, to accomplish the job.
Ability to retrieve and carry documents from files weighing up to 45 pounds, to retrieve and replace files from shelves of up to 8 feet high, and to bend down to organize and package documents on a table or floor.
Good computer skills required.
