Brayton Purcell L.L.P. supports many different kinds of non-profit organizations. From animal shelters to lung associations, there is no limit to who we open our heart to. Of them all, one of the most cherished organizations we dedicate our time and attention to is Lifehouse.

One of the Bay Area’s most respected agencies, Lifehouse provides individualized residential and support services to over 200 individuals with developmental disabilities in Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco counties. The not-for-profit organization recently celebrated 60 years of continued to service to these communities.

For the past few years Brayton Purcell has sponsored Lifehouse’s Great Chefs and Wineries event. This past April, Brayton Purcell joined Lifehouse’s event as a Platinum Sponsor. Over 450 guests attended the event, which aimed to benefit the many individuals with developmental disabilities that Lifehouse serves. An astounding $500,000 was raised that night.

In addition to sponsoring the event, our Executive Legal Secretary, Jennifer Harwood, coordinated all of the volunteers for the evening. Lifehouse recently recognized her in the Marin Independent Journal as the Volunteer of the Week for all of her efforts.

Do you want to get involved with Lifehouse? There are many ways in which you can support and give to this organization that is so dedicated to our community. Learn more about Lifehouse on their website.
