James Nevin

David Donadio

David Donadio

David Donadio brings more than three decades of experience in toxic exposure, environmental law, and complex mass tort litigation. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of San Francisco School of Law, he also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in environmental law from Vermont Law School.

David began his career at Brayton Purcell LLP in 1991 and became a partner in 2000. In addition to handling most case settlement negotiations, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of associate attorneys and paralegals. David also leads law and motion strategy, discovery, and case development. David currently serves as lead settlement negotiator for all asbestos and silica cases.

Gilbert (“Gil”) Purcell is widely recognized as one of the nation’s preeminent asbestos and toxic tort trial attorneys, with a career defined by groundbreaking verdicts and courtroom leadership across the Western United States. He tried his first asbestos case in 1986—before the future Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court—and secured one of the earliest significant verdicts against John Crane Packing Company.
