Behind the scenes, bills are being accepted and rejected, and new laws are being prepared to be put into place. Recently, the Consumer Attorneys of California released a list of “Justice Killers” – bills that threaten California consumers’ access to justice. It is our hope to see these “bad bills” defeated.
