General Electric Co., et al. – Personal injury action for a retired career marine carpenter who worked from 1975–1996 at major Bay Area shipyards—including Bethlehem Shipyard, Triple A Machine, Todd Shipyard, and San Francisco Drydock—on warships, oil tankers, and other vessels, where he was exposed to asbestos‑containing insulation, cements, pipe covering, refractory, and panel products. He developed multiple myeloma and asbestosis.
