Large Oregon Verdict for Victim of Asbestos–Related Lung Disease

A jury awarded over $1.5 million in favor of a 71–year old Portland worker diagnosed with asbestos–related lung disease and non–Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He had been exposed to asbestos–containing building products manufactured by Kaiser Gypsum.
